Apparently, Sri Lanka has a feed in tariff, but it is a secret.
Here is why...
According to our information, necessary incentives will be provided and access to green funding, including the Clean Development Mechanism, even if the economic viability of a project is marginal. Also, in 2007, the Energy Conservation Fund, for the Ministry of Power and Energy, set out the tariff structure. Athough, this information is not easily located.
