Romania has a feed in tariff for solar energy, although it is in the form of a certificate scheme. Each MW of production provides 6 certificates until 2017. Each certificate sells for between 27€-55€ on the energy market. Although this seems like a great thing, the market forces allow for huge variations in remuneration. Although we applaud the application of feed in tariffs for solar energy, a little more stability for policy conditions would be great.
These conditions could be wonderful, or they could be a nightmare. Kind of like evolutionary chance.
