Even Nicaragua has a feed in tariff. It is low, and the determining of the rate seems arbitrary to an outsider. We are not entirely certain if this is a positive thing or just another reason to put our faces into our palms and concentrate on breathing rather than allowing our emotional distress to overcome us.
Therefore, we will simply congratulate Nicaragua in its efforts and walk away quietly. It could be possible that our information is incomplete.
In addition to the feed in tariff, there are also tax incentives, although putting lipstick on a pig doesn't make it much prettier.
