Kosovo feed in tariff…
Kosovo has some of the best solar irradiation values in Europe. However the use of solar energy has not exploded in Kosovo due to absence of a feed in tariff - or any other easily researchable program.
I assume that the procrastination to adopt a feed in tariff on the part of the government has a good reason, but I don't feel like checking it right now... Maybe later.
